Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to place materials in a more precise way. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being engineered and made all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For instance, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
